Looking Glass Yoga
Join CYT-200 (200 hour certified Yoga teacher) and SEL (social emotional learning) facilitator Lori Schultz for one or several of our Yoga classes. We pride ourselves in offering something for everyone and believe that everyone can benefit from and should have access to a Yoga practice to fit their needs. Most classes are considered "All Abilities" practices meaning you don't need to have been practicing Yoga for years to participate. TnT Trekkers
TnT Trekkers is excited to be entering our 4th year of adventures! An outdoor adventure group started for children and their adults that has expanded to allow anyone interested in having fun and learning more about our out of doors world. TnT Trekkers runs from July-Aug and meets once a week at various sites in the Saratoga/Washington/Warren Counties and beyond. A free program for families and led by Lori Schultz and her two boys, TnT Trekkers focuses on community, acceptance, nature based learning and hiking. It has been a wonderful way for us to get out, get dirty, have fun and learn with friends!
